The Amazon jungle of Ecuador,
also known as the the Amazon rainforest of Ecuador or ecuadorian
Oriente, is the most diverse and unspoiled regions of Ecuador.
The vast
majority of the rain forest remains unexplored, with incalculable
number of species of flora and fauna still to be discovered. Much
of
the amazon jungle is sparesely populated with small indigenous
communities, mainly located along the tributaries and major Amazonian
